The Brilliant Minds Foundation was founded with the guiding principle of quality education being affordable and easily accessible to all children throughout Trinidad and Tobago. Trinidad and Tobago is no stranger to academic success, however, thousands of our children (due to high absenteeism from their school teachers, uncomfortable learning environment, failure to complete the academic syllabus, lack of confidence, bullying, etc.) are failing at various academic levels annually.
One of our major goals of the Brilliant Minds Foundation is achieving sustainable development, through a more diversified, knowledge-intensive economy, built on the native genius of our people. Therefore, in order to assist in creating a sustainable future for the people of our nation, there is a strong need to develop confident, knowledgeable and innovative students better equipped to confront social challenges and contribute to economic diversification, especially as the world continues to become more technologically advanced.
With this understanding the founder of this educational institution, Aaron D. Edwards, was inspired to make a positive impact in the lives of our nation’s youth, thus the Brilliant Minds Foundation was founded.
Working together with the positive and innovative minds at Synergy TV, successful, inspirational social media influencers and entrepreneurs, recognized corporate companies, as well as a professional staff of teachers, the Brilliant Minds Foundation also provides free programs that holistically acts as a strong stimulus and motivation to all students, as well as creating a more sustainable future by cultivating an annual awareness, interest and competence in STEM subjects and careers!

To foster ingenuity and creativity: Ingenuity and creativity with a strong STEM education, leading to new ideas and innovations. Without ingenuity and creativity, the recent developments in social media marketing and management for successful businesses, artificial intelligence or digital learning would not be possible. These technologies were created by people who learned that if the human mind can conceive it, the human mind can achieve it!

To have a positive impact on the students enrolled in this Program, by assisting in building a strong educational foundation at the Primary and Secondary academic levels, creating more competent, confident students that will eventually become leaders of our nation!
Mission
1. To facilitate the creation of a safe and student centered learning environment for students enrolled in the program void of violence, peer pressure and bullying.
2. To provide quality education to students from the Standard 1 to Form 5 academic levels (inclusive of those who are academically failing and whose families are financially struggling), by integrating these students into classes offered with professional, student-centered teachers annually.
3. To provide a strong STEM education at the CXC level, to directly encourage and stimulate more of our nation’s youths to pursue a higher education and STEM related careers, and ultimately create more STEM-based solutions to our nation’s problems. As an added stimulant and motivator for students, a Brilliant Minds Foundation Bursary will be awarded to the highest performing student annually.
4. By utilizing successful, positive social media influencers, young entrepreneurs, and various established persons within the corporate sector of Trinidad and Tobago, the Brilliant Minds Foundation will invite such esteemed persons to our B.M.F. Career Day, to have a meaningful, positive, and insightful conversation with students to motivate them in pursuing their goals in life, as well as highlighting a positive path to success.
